Leads corporate communications, employee engagement, and event planning initiatives while supporting office operations, ensuring consistent messaging and effective coordination across multiple operating companies and shared services groups.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (and other duties as assigned)

  1. Lead organizational communications, including LinkedIn content, monthly newsletters, and internal/external messaging; manage the external website and intranet to ensure consistency, brand alignment, and timely delivery.

  2. Administer the Shareholder Economic Development Program in coordination with executive leadership and Human Resources, ensuring effective planning and execution of business line events and training initiatives.

  3. Coordinate office operations in partnership with ASRC Facilities, including office moves, space planning, and personnel relocations; oversee maintenance and construction services to maintain efficient, functional work environments.

  4. Partner with Human Resources on onboarding, ensuring new employees are fully prepared for day-one readiness.

  5. Oversee procurement and inventory management of office supplies, equipment, and furniture, optimizing cost efficiency and availability.

  6. Manage the annual company store, including product selection and coordination of branded merchandise (logo wear) rollout.

  7. Plan and execute corporate events, including team-building activities, training coordination, year-end events, and other employee engagement initiatives.

  8. Oversee front desk operations by supervising the Administrative Assistant to ensure professional reception services, efficient travel and billeting coordination, and consistent administrative support.

  9. Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS 

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, employee engagement, office operations, or a related function.

  • Proven experience developing and managing internal and external communications, including social media, newsletters, and executive messaging.

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute corporate events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and working effectively across multiple business units, operating companies or departments.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Marketing, design, and content publishing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suire, or similar platforms) as well as social medial and website content management systems.

  • Experience managing vendors and budgets.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency in deliverables.

  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

PREFERRED

  • Communication Management Professional, CMP

  • Relevant certifications in marketing, communications, or digital media (e.g., AMA PCM®, HubSpot, Google, Hootsuite, or similar)
